Navigate Consulting provides world class CRM, data & digital marketing consultancy and training services. Our clients use us because they need to understand their customers better, or because they want to improve the effectiveness of marketing communications, build stronger customer relationships or measure the impact of what they are doing more accurately. In fact, wherever you want to go, we can help you to get there.

We are 100% independent and offer balanced advice and thought leadership. We are not driven by implementing programmes. We don’t sell expensive software solutions and typically use the processes and tools that our Clients already have.

Our guidance is pragmatic and practical. We have spent many years setting up and implementing programmes, so we know how to turn CRM theories into reality.

We also understand that sometimes all that is needed is a little guidance, maybe facilitating a workshop or providing training to our clients’ marketing teams. We can help clients develop a fully costed CRM or digital marketing plan, or we can help refine existing programmes. We work with major international clients, like Microsoft, Computer Associates, William Grant & Sons Distillers, EMI Music, Vertu, Reuters, HSBC and Allied Irish Bank and also UK based businesses like SDL, LLoyds TSB Insurance, Towergate Insurance, Tribune Business Systems, Surrey Police and Trader Media Group.

Nick Baggott is a Fellow of both CIM & IDM, is on the Henley Management College & CIM training faculties and is probably best known for developing courses and training Microsoft's internal marketers in digital marketing, CRM & data management all over the world. Nick is an experienced and inspirational speaker. Recent engagements include MGX (Microsoft's annual global kick off meeting), Technology for Marketing Show, International Direct Marketing Fair, the Department for International Development's Research workshop and recently completed a sell out tour of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
