Navigate Consulting was set up and is led by Nick Baggott. Nick was Head of Consulting at Chemistry from December 2005 to July 2007. Chemistry Consulting offered CRM consulting and training services to clients such as Surrey Police, Trader Media Group, Microsoft, Mitsubishi UFJ and Power League. Nick will continue to enjoy a close relationship with Chemistry and will be able to work with them if our clients wish to do so for program implementation.

Previously, Nick was Group Client Service Director at Chemistry where he led the team that won the Microsoft, Diageo and Transport for London pitches and worked with clients of the calibre of Kodak, Toshiba, Unilever, SCA, Scottish Courage, Nestle, The Government Cabinet Office, Berkeley Homes, Yell and Manchester United. He set up the agency with 3 colleagues back in 1995 and worked through mergers and flotation to take the company into its current position as one of the UK's largest and most respected independent agencies.

Nick is a faculty member of the CIM and regularly performs in-company training for their clients and is a guest tutor for Henley Management College. He is a Fellow of the CIM, a Fellow of the IDM and was previously a member of the DMA Council. He has won a number of awards for his work at Chemistry. Nick is also a special advisor to the FIRST Corporate Exec Program and has a key alliance with TheNetworkOne, who are the leading global network of independent agencies.
